This unique composition is made out of tape leftovers. Michele Lysek often uses tape to delimit areas when painting his artworks. Once he takes it off from the painting, he keeps the tape aside and collects them. The idea of keeping these strips of tape came simply from the fact that the artist cares about the amount of trash he is producing, trying to reduce it as much as possible by reusing most of it having fun being creative.
Michele Lysek's"half LOVE" works are characterized by a half visible LOVE writing. The artist started to explore this theme in 2019 under the title "Love Retained".
He explores abstract compositions using different techniques, colors, textures and medias to create a suggestive visual field for the LOVE writing.
This is a work on paper from the artist's 70x50 series.
It is recommended to provide a frame with glass for the artwork, in order to maximize longevity.
